Ptilotus exaltatus 'Joey', commonly known as Joey Mulla Mulla or Lamb's Tail, is a heat and drought-tolerant plant native to Australia. It's a short-lived perennial often grown as an annual, producing striking, feathery flowers with silver-green foliage. The flowers are conical spikes, initially silvery and maturing to a neon pink at the tips.

Flowers: Conical spikes of feathery, bottlebrush-shaped flowers, starting silver and maturing to neon pink.

 

Height: Grows to 12-18 inches tall.

Width: 10-12 inches wide.

Maintenance: Low maintenance, drought-tolerant, and prefers full sun.

Foliage: Silver-green, elliptical leaves.

Use: Great for mixed containers, drifts in gardens, and even cut flowers.

Climate: Thrives in hot, dry conditions.

 

 

You'll receive 4 plugs with at least the first set of true leaves, hardened and ready to plant. 

 

 

Upon delivery your plant babies will be tired after traveling so water thoroughly and keep in a shaded area for a day or two before planting out.
